The role ensures programmes are competitive, compliant and aligned to a strong employee experience focus.It also offers a clear pathway into a broader rewards role, with increasing exposure to compensation. Ideal for a benefits specialist looking to expand their scope, the role supports progression into a more integrated, end-to-end reward remit over time.Location: Bicester Village (Hybrid and Min 2 days a week in office)What you'll be doingA few of the key responsibilities in this role:Own and lead the end to end benefits and wellbeing strategy across Europe, ensuring programmes are competitive, compliant and aligned to the employee value propositionAct as a centre of excellence for benefits, providing senior guidance to HR and building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the businessManage key vendor and broker partnerships, ensuring strong governance, cost effectiveness and high-quality service deliveryDeliver reward insights, analysis and projects, driving data-led decision making, continuous improvement and broader transformation initiativesContribute to the overall reward strategy, bringing benefits expertise alongside growing compensation accountability, while ensuring robust governance, risk management and complianceWhat we're looking forWe foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed.
