We are looking for a highly creative, strategic and commercially minded Senior Social Media Manager to elevate how Bicester Village shows up on social media globally. This is a high-impact role shaping our brand presence through compelling storytelling, culturally relevant content and meaningful community engagement, helping us connect with guests and drive growth across markets. This role is office based 4 days per week.

As Senior Social Media Manager, you will be the owner of Bicester Village’s social channels, responsible for planning, delivering and optimising content across platforms. You will lead creative execution, manage the social calendar and use performance insight to continuously improve results, working closely with teams across the business to deliver best-in-class social activity.

  • Own and execute the end-to-end social media strategy across content, community and commerce.
  • Act as the expert across all major and emerging social platforms, staying ahead of trends, features and formats.
  • Lead the social media calendar, overseeing planning, approvals and publishing across all channels.
  • Develop and deliver creative campaigns, activations and concepts that drive engagement and key KPIs.
  • Own and protect the Bicester Village tone of voice, ensuring consistent and authentic brand representation.
  • Lead community engagement at scale, growing and retaining global audiences.
  • Oversee video-first content creation, including Reels, TikTok and short-form formats.
  • Analyse performance, report on results and continuously optimise activity based on insights.

Role requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience building and managing a brand or company’s social media presence.
  • Proven track record delivering successful social media campaigns with measurable growth and engagement.
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms, trends and best-practice content formats.
  • Strong video and content creation skills, including experience with Reels and TikTok.
  • Exceptional eye for detail with the ability to tell compelling stories through copy and visuals.
  • Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable presenting and influencing across teams.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Passionate about retail, fashion, brands and the luxury guest experience.
