The Retail team is hiring a Private Clients Programme Manager.

The role

Responsible for delivering the private client's event and programming plan. You'll have a solid understanding of the luxury consumer marketplace, be brilliantly organised with exceptional attention to detail and be a creatively thinking problem solver.

Location: Bicester Village, Office-based role

What you'll be doing

  • Shape and deliver a calendar of luxury events spanning fashion, beauty, culture, and hospitality, from concept to flawless execution.
  • Design programming that builds membership, deepens engagement, and delivers commercial results, working in collaboration with the Retail, Marketing and extended Private Client Services team.
  • Manage budgets, negotiate standout partnerships, and use data and insight to keep raising the bar on what luxury means.
  • Represent our brand at events and within the luxury network, with the flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and evenings when the moment calls for it.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience managing high-end events, VIC experiences, or private client programmes, with a strong network across luxury, hospitality, or premium retail.
  • Skilled at managing budgets, evaluating ROI, communication and juggling multiple events simultaneously without missing a beat.
  • Confident securing strategic partnerships and managing stakeholders, with experience engaging HNW or UHNW audiences.
  • A proactive, creative approach to delivering outstanding experiences, backed by a background in client acquisition and retention initiatives.
