Supporting our 9 European Villages, our central International Markets team is hiring a Head of Markets, Europe.
The role
The Head of European Markets will lead regional strategy across priority source markets, with a focus on commercial performance, partner acquisition, brand visibility, and premium customer growth.
We are seeking a senior commercial leader to drive growth, partnerships, and market development across Europe.
Location
This role can be based close to any of our European Villages. It is a hybrid role with frequent travel.
- What you'll be doing
- Drive market development strategies across key European territories to strengthen regional presence and unlock commercial growth.
- Identify, originate, and structure strategic partnerships with travel trade, luxury travel, mobility, accommodation, financial services, and tourism stakeholders across Europe.
- Drive revenue growth, market penetration, and premium customer acquisition across priority European markets.
- Set regional priorities and allocate focus based on market performance, opportunity, and strategic relevance
- Lead regional marketing activations and partner campaigns aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Lead strategic relationships with key partners, agencies, and public stakeholders across European markets.
What we're looking for
- Proven leadership experience across European markets within luxury travel, destination marketing and tourism.
- Strong commercial, partnership, and business development expertise in international B2B and B2B2C environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-market strategies and influence senior stakeholders across geographies
