The role involves delivering a world-class hospitality experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued and inspired from the moment they arrive. You’ll anticipate guest needs, provide personalised recommendations, and connect visitors with the very best of the Village and wider destination.
Location: Bicester Village (on-site, includes weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays)
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences by welcoming visitors and anticipating their needs.
- Promoting and seamlessly providing Village services, retail insights, and wider tourism offerings.
- Building strong relationships with boutique partners to enhance guest experience and drive footfall.
- Managing guest queries, bookings and feedback professionally, while contributing to continuous service improvements.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, leisure or retail, with a passion for world-class service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging diverse, international guests.
- A proactive, adaptable approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
