Join to apply for the Insights Analyst FTC role at The Bicester Collection. The Insights Analyst for our Europe division will report to the Head of Analytics & Data Projects. This pivotal role will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the organisation’s data strategy in alignment with our overall business goals. The scope of the role includes supporting strategic analytics projects and agency management of advanced analytics projects. The ideal candidate will research, propose, and lead the introduction of new analytics and strategic projects that drive business growth and optimise productivity. This role is a fixed-term contract for 9 months.

What you will be doing

  • Support key data science / advanced analytics projects (leveraging 3rd party agencies) e.g. footfall attribution modelling
  • Support the implementation of new data and analytics business projects, ensuring they are executed effectively and align with the organisation’s strategic goals
  • Coach teams (in-Village & central functions) to leverage data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions
  • Support the business to ensure that insights are translated into high-impact business strategies, directly contributing to the organisation’s growth
  • Support the development of data strategy, analytics and governance for the following data domains: Guest (including membership, private client, international markets and guest sentiment), Brand, asset & sustainability, Finance and People

  • 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, strategy, management consulting, investment banking or equivalent
  • Ability to structure large analytical problems, break them down and execute analysis
  • Ability to translate data into information for non-analysts and clearly explain information and impact to others
  • Demonstrable experience of adding value to consumer insights function and a detailed understanding of guest intelligence and impact it has on business strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
