Senior Reward Manager in Bicester

The role ensures programmes are competitive, compliant and aligned to a strong employee experience focus. It also offers a clear pathway into a broader rewards role, with increasing exposure to compensation. Ideal for a benefits specialist looking to expand their scope, the role supports progression into a more integrated, end-to-end reward remit over time.

Location: Bicester Village (Hybrid and Min 2 days a week in office)

What you'll be doing:

• Own and lead the end to end benefits and wellbeing strategy across Europe, ensuring programmes are competitive, compliant and aligned to the employee value proposition.
• Act as a centre of excellence for benefits, providing senior guidance to HR and building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Manage key vendor and broker partnerships, ensuring strong governance, cost effectiveness and high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver reward insights, analysis and projects, driving data-led decision making, continuous improvement and broader transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to the overall reward strategy, bringing benefits expertise alongside growing compensation accountability, while ensuring robust governance, risk management and compliance.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Senior Reward professional (7–10+ years) with strong expertise across both benefits and compensation, ideally within a multi-country European environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate autonomously in complex, fast-paced organisations.
• Solid experience in key compensation areas including job evaluation, pay structures, benchmarking and annual review cycles.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, with advanced Excel skills and experience managing external partners (e.g. brokers, vendors, survey providers).
• Excellent communicator with sound judgement, able to translate complex reward concepts into clear, employee‑centric solutions.
