Set in the heart of rural Oxfordshire, well connected across the UK, our outdoor, pedestrianised Village is home to more than 160 boutiques, a celebrated food and drink scene, and a team that refuses to stand still.

The Guest Services team is hiring a Guest Experience Duty Manager.

The role:

  • Lead the day to day guest experience operation at Bicester Village, from opening and closing the Village to overseeing key guest facilities and resolving issues in the moment.
  • Work closely with teams across Retail, Marketing and Tourism to keep every part of the guest journey running at its best.

Location: Bicester Village, Oxfordshire. Onsite, with flexibility required across evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

What you'll be doing:

  • Opening and closing the Village and making sure key guest facilities, including the Concierge Centre, Train Station and Coach Group Welcome Centre, are running to plan.
  • Leading daily inspections and morning briefings, working alongside Directors to keep standards high across the Village.
  • Managing the team rota and liaising with suppliers to ensure the operation is always fully staffed.
  • Resolving guest issues in the moment and following up to ensure a positive outcome.

  • Preferred experience in a premium or luxury retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and organisational skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Drive, resilience and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative approach, comfortable working across multiple teams both internally and externally.
