What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and inspire the barista team to deliver a warm, welcoming and exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure every drink is prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency and presentation.
• Have the coffee knowledge, confidence and service skills.
• Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and operational standards.
• Keep the café organised, replenished and customer-ready throughout the day.
• The ability to work during busy periods and service standards are maintained.
• Create a positive, reliable and collaborative team environment, working closely with the wider store team. Previous barista experience with strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage quality.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, presentation and attentive service.
• Strong communication skills with a positive, reliable and team-focused approach. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Head Barista to join our Ralph's Coffee team at Bicester Village.
