Company Description

The Beyond Tomorrow Podcast, hosted by Julian Issa, explores the people, ideas, and innovations shaping the future. In a short space of time, we’ve become one of the fastest-growing podcasts in our niche, and we’re just getting started. With a focus on longevity, health, technology, and human potential, the podcast is all about empowering our listeners and community to live a healthier, more prosperous life. Episodes feature captivating discussions on groundbreaking advancements and inspirational perspectives. The podcast is available on YouTube and Spotify, with new formats including documentaries already being created. We also have a growing in-person community with events and activations. We’re small, we’re scrappy, and we’re building something special. If that excites you more than it intimidates you, keep reading.

We simply hire the best, or those that believe they can become the best at what they do. We already have the leading strategists, advisors and creators in the world as part of our team. And so we expect those applying to have the belief and capability to achieve those heights themselves.

Role Description

This is a part-time role (with a clear and short path to becoming full-time) for a Podcast Researcher & Guest Coordinator, and a chance to join our founding team from the ground up. You’ll be identifying and researching potential podcast topics and guests, coordinating guest communications and scheduling, and preparing detailed interview briefs that give our host a genuine edge in every conversation. You’ll collaborate closely with the host and production team to ensure high-quality content and seamless guest experiences. Additional duties include staying on the pulse of podcast and industry trends, maintaining records, and assisting in general podcast operations. This isn’t a role where you clock in and clock out. You’ll have real ownership, your ideas will shape the direction of the show, and your growth path is wide open as we scale.

Qualifications

We hire for character first, experience second. We’d rather work with someone who’s hungry, adaptable, and a brilliant communicator than someone with a perfect CV who waits to be told what to do.

  • You’ve already demonstrated your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, whether that’s a startup, a freelance hustle, a student org you led, or juggling multiple projects at once. You have proof that you perform under pressure and actually enjoy it.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills. Your research docs, your emails to guests, your messages to the team: everything you write and say is clear, confident, and a pleasure to engage with.
  • A self-starter mentality. You see what needs to be done and you do it. If something isn’t working, you flag it and suggest a fix. You don’t sit quietly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for scheduling and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A genuine curiosity about the world. You read things for fun, you go down rabbit holes, and you get excited when you connect two unexpected ideas.
  • The desire to be part of a founding team, to build systems, not just follow them, and to evolve with us as we grow.

Nice to have (but not required, the right character matters more):

  • Familiarity with podcast industry trends, social media, and content production environments.
  • Experience with guest booking, event coordination, or related fields.
  • A background or interest in technology, health, longevity, and innovation topics.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Notion, Asana, or Trello.
