You will be expected to achieve a high level of service through the constant monitoring of standards.
As a result, you should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards.

You must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the role described below combined with a passion for delivering exceptional service through your team.
Key responsibilities for the Meetings & Events Shift Leader are;
- Be fully conversant with all Meeting & Event rooms, layouts, product availability and all other associated aspects.
- Ensure that M&E rooms not in use are in an appropriate state for show-rounds of potential customers.
- Be present to meet and greet customers checking requirements and passing on relevant information (e. g. fire evacuation procedure, directions etc.).
- Supervise smaller events such as private dinning/anniversaries etc.
- Ensure superior levels of food and beverage service to hotel guests are maintained.
- Ensure all areas are clean and always maintained.
- Desired attributes for the Meetings & Events Shift Leader include;
- Ability to think on your feet if required.
- Experience of hotel environment is an advantage.
