The Best Connection West Bromwich is currently recruiting a Yard Operative/Overhead Crane driver on behalf of our well-established client based in Coventry.
Pay Rate: £15 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30
Important: You must report to our client’s Darlaston site each morning, where transport will be provided to and from the Coventry site. If there are any delays returning to Darlaston, you will remain paid for your time.
Role Overview: As a Yard Operative, your primary responsibility will be moving and organising metal materials (manually and using overhead crane) across various areas of the site, helping to ensure the yard operates safely and efficiently.
Candidate Requirements:
- Comfortable carrying out physically demanding work
- Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
- Overhead Crane licence is essential
