Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of nutritious meals for residents, following dietary requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including dish washing and surface sanitation.
  • Order, receive & store deliveries according to food safety guidelines.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure meals are served promptly and to a high standard.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or catering role is helpful but not essential - training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus).
  • A caring attitude and ability to work respectfully in a care environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
