We are looking for a proactive and organised Transport Coordinator to join our busy logistics team on a night shift basis. You will play a key role in ensuring transport operations run smoothly, supporting drivers, and maintaining efficient delivery schedules.

Location: Worksop

Shift: 18:00 - 06:00 (4 on / 4 off)

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily transport operations and deliveries
  • Act as the main point of contact for drivers, handling queries and delays
  • Communicate with warehouse teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist with route planning and ensure accurate delivery information
  • Maintain transport records, reports, and delivery documentation
  • Ensure compliance with transport regulations, driver hours, and H&S

About You

  • Previous experience in transport, logistics, or fleet administration
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem solve effectively
  • Good IT skills and high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of driver hours/tachographs (desirable)
