The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of our manufacturing client in Wolverhampton for a Storesperson to join their busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced stores professional seeking a stable role with immediate starts available.

Duties Include:

  • Managing stock and inventory within the stores department
  • Operating a Cardex machine
  • Loading, unloading and moving stock safely
  • Manual lifting and handling duties
  • Using computer systems to record and monitor stock movements
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient operations
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Previous stores or warehouse experience
  • VNA Licence preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Experience using a Cardex machine advantageous
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Comfortable undertaking manual handling duties
  • Own transport may be required due to the location and limited public transport links

Pay Rates:

  • £13.20 per hour
  • £13.97 per hour with a valid VNA Licence

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00
