The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of our manufacturing client in Wolverhampton for a Storesperson to join their busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced stores professional seeking a stable role with immediate starts available.
Duties Include:
- Managing stock and inventory within the stores department
- Operating a Cardex machine
- Loading, unloading and moving stock safely
- Manual lifting and handling duties
- Using computer systems to record and monitor stock movements
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient operations
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous stores or warehouse experience
- VNA Licence preferred
- Computer literate
- Experience using a Cardex machine advantageous
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Comfortable undertaking manual handling duties
- Own transport may be required due to the location and limited public transport links
Pay Rates:
- £13.20 per hour
- £13.97 per hour with a valid VNA Licence
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00
