Operations Coordinator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis .
This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the operation, working closely with management to ensure production targets are achieved, processes are followed and operational information is accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of production and operations.
- Monitor workloads, priorities and production targets.
- Ensure staff remain focused and processes are followed correctly.
- Collect and check daily and weekly production figures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Identify and report operational issues or delays.
- Support Health & Safety procedures and ensure safe working practices are followed.
- Communicate operational and customer requirements to staff.
- Work closely with the Director and Senior Management Team.
- Assist with improving operational efficiency and processes.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Highly organised and reliable.
- Confident communicating with staff and management.
- Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data.
- Able to take responsibility and work independently.
- Confident monitoring workloads and addressing issues.
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehousing, operations or a similar environment would be advantageous.

- £13.00 per hour to start
- Pay rate will increase following a successful training period
- Long-term temp-to-perm opportunity
