The Best Connection is currently recruiting an experienced Kitchen Assistant Supervisor for our well-established client based in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a key leadership role within a fast-paced food production environment.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 05:00am - 13:30pm

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising daily operations on the production line to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Leading, motivating, and managing a team of production operatives
  • Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Monitoring production targets and addressing any issues or delays
  • Conducting staff briefings and supporting training of new employees
