The Best Connection is currently recruiting an experienced Food Production Supervisor for our well-established client based in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a key leadership role within a fast-paced food production environment.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 05:00am - 13:30pm
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily operations on the production line to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Leading, motivating, and managing a team of production operatives
- Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently met
- Monitoring production targets and addressing any issues or delays
- Conducting staff briefings and supporting training of new employees
- Maintaining accurate production records and reporting to management
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations at all times
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and output
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
