The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an Electrical Assembler on behalf of our manufacturing client based in Wolverhampton.

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30

Start Date: Immediate

Duties Will Include:

  • Assembly of electrical components and sub-assemblies in line with engineering drawings and specifications
  • Carry out wiring, soldering, and fitting of electrical parts
  • Inspect using measuring equipment
  • Inspect incoming materials and outgoing finished parts to ensure quality compliance
  • Identify and report defects or non-conformances to the Supervisor
  • Maintain accurate production and inspection records where required
  • Ensure work areas are clean, organised, and compliant with Health & Safety standards

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in electrical assembly or a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
  • Experience using measuring equipment such as micrometers
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
  • Good manual dexterity and steady hand for precision work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
