We are recruiting for an experienced Butcher for our Wolverhampton-based client. Immediate start available.

Pay rate: £14.50 per hour

Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00AM - 4:00PM

Duties:

  • Preparing, cutting and trimming meat to a high standard
  • Serving customers at the shop-front counter
  • Advising customers on cuts of meat and cooking methods
  • Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
  • Keeping displays well stocked, clean and presentable
  • Other general butchery and shop duties as required

Ideal Candidate:

  • Have previous butchery experience (shop-front essential)
  • Be confident and professional when dealing with customers
  • Have good knowledge of meat cuts and preparation

You will be working as part of a small team, supporting the smooth and efficient running of shop-front operations.
