The Best Connection is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for our well established client based in Woking on a temporary basis with the chance to go permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate.
Location: Woking
Industry: Logistics
Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 9am to 5pm
Pay:
- £13.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative:
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Checking goods for damage or missing items
- Organising and maintaining warehouse stock
- Keeping the warehouse clean and safe
- Using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements of the Warehouse Operative:
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with manual handling as heavy lifting is included
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
