Our client, a growing business within the telecommunications sector, is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their busy operations team in Wisbech.

Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
What You'll Be Doing
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing stock levels, inventory control, and supporting stock takes
- Receiving deliveries and organising goods into the correct warehouse locations
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely using manual handling techniques and lifting equipment
- Supporting e-commerce fulfilment processes from start to finish
- Scheduling shipments and maintaining shipping documentation
- Updating records and reports using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Dismantling telecommunications equipment and preparing items for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Providing general support to the warehouse and administration teams
- Travelling to other sites when required
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is positive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with manual handling
- Ability to manage workloads and work to deadlines
- Full UK Driving Licence
