We are looking for an Administrator in Cumbria
We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced environment in West Cumbria, with an immediate start available. This is a key front-facing role within the business, supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination of deliveries.
Pay: £13ph
Role Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming and outgoing drivers, including booking in deliveries and collections
- To support the Transport Co-Coordinator to ensure all deliveries are completed and on time
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all platforms
- Acting as the face of the business, providing a professional and welcoming first point of conduct
- Completing general administrative and computer based tasks
- Work closely with the transport team using support from the business systems and admin team
Key details:
- Full-time hours: Monday - Friday 08:00-16:30
- Ongoing position
- Office-based role within a busy operational environment
- Busy period starts next year, shift change 06:00-14:30
Requirements:
- Good computer skills and confidence using IT systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Well-organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- A positive attitude and professional manner
