Overview
Team Leader - Modular Fitters
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40-hour week
Overtime: Paid at time and a half
Holiday: 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Your purpose is to lead, inspire, and motivate a team of fitters, driving excellence in craftsmanship, efficiency, and safety. By coaching, supporting, and developing your team, you'll create a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork - delivering outstanding modular solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and engage operatives by clearly communicating work requirements and providing hands-on guidance
- Lead by example through active involvement in cabin maintenance and repairs
- Monitor performance, ensuring high standards of quality and productivity
- Motivate teams to achieve operational efficiency and productivity targets
- Communicate staff performance issues or material shortages to the Production Manager
- Work closely with tradespeople, offering practical support using general maintenance skills and power tools
- Maintain and exceed the companies quality standards, always aligned with customer expectations
- Champion health & safety, creating a safe and compliant working environment
