The Best Connection (Staines) are recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers for an established logistics operation based in Weybridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers looking for a £37,500 annual salary, with overtime paid on top, and the potential to secure a Temp to Perm position.
- THE PACKAGE
- £37,500 annual salary - excluding overtime
- Standard rate: £14.42 per hour
- Overtime: £21.63 per hour (Time & Half)
- Overtime paid after 10 hours
- If working a 12-hour shift, overtime is paid after 8 hours
- 50-hour standard working week
- 1-hour paid break
- Temp to Perm opportunity
- Ongoing, full-time work
THE ROLE
You will be driving a Class 2 vehicle to supermarkets across the allocated area, carrying out approximately 10-12 collections per day.
Your duties will include
- Collecting coins/cash from machines at supermarkets.
- Safely securing and transporting collections.
- Returning collected coins to Dagenham for processing.
- Completing vehicle checks and following all relevant safety and security procedures.
- Communicating with the transport team throughout the day.

TRAINING & REQUIREMENTS
Full training is provided by internal driver trainers, making this an excellent opportunity for drivers looking to develop within a specialist logistics operation.
You will need
- Valid HGV Class 2 / Cat C licence
- Valid CPC and Digi Tacho
- Previous Class 2 experience desirable
- Reliable and professional approach
- Good communication skills
