Our client based close to Leicester City centre is looking for an experienced Wet Paint sprayer to join their team in an ongoing position with a view to becoming permanent following a successful trial period.

Hours: Monday - Friday paid at 13.50 per hour (30 mins unpaid break)

Job role: Work as part of the paint shop team prepping and painting manufactured precision components used in earth moving equipment. Apply paint coats in accordance with the standard operating procedures and in line with customer specifications. Following instruction and working in line with the company's health and safety and best practice policies.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Painting and prepping complex components to customer specifications
  • Deliver and be responsible for the quality of work undertaken
  • Actively support the Paint Shop in all areas in line with business requirement

Experience:

  • Ideally 2 years plus wet painting experience
  • Versatile and enthusiastic with a high level of attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow detailed work instructions
  • Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively as part of a team
  • A team player who can also work on own initiative
