The Best Connection are proud to be working in conjunction with our world renowned client based in Knightsbridge, South West London to recruit a kitchen production chef/Administrator to add to our clients already established and hard-working team. We are seeking a Production Chef Administrator to undertake this ongoing job role.
Responsibilities of the Production Chef Administrator will include but not be limited to:
- Helping to design and create Process guides while documenting processes
- Helping out with stock checks which will include working hands on inside the chillers and manually handling kitchen ingredient stock
- Liaising with various department heads to plan order volumes and timelines in order to achieve a 100% fulfilment rate
- Creating and maintaining Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, including formulas
Requirements of the Production Chef Administrator:
- Excellent organisational ability
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel
- A solutions focused mindset with a strong ability to communicate
Hours of work: Will be working on an any 5 days in 7 shift rota, working flexibly between the 07:00-15:00, 08:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00 and 11:00-19:00. The 5 out of 7 shift rota will involve working most weekends.
Rates of pay: £13.40 per hour rising to £14.09 after 12 weeks continuous work.
