The Best Connection are working in conjunction with our client to recruit a Production Kitchen Administrator to join their already established hard working team. We are seeking a Production Kitchen Administrator to undertake this job role on an ongoing basis in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Using SAP software to update stock levels
- Helping to design and create process guides for core kitchen processes
- Liaising with various department heads to plan order volumes and production timelines as part of a process to ensure 100% fulfilment
- Creating and maintaining Excel formulas for their in-house stock management systems
- Helping out with stock checks, product counts and checks in the production kitchen area as and when needed
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational ability
- A solutions focused mindset and ability to communicate strongly
Hours of work:
Will be working on any 5 days in 7 shift rota, working flexibly between the 07:00-15:00, 08:00-16:00, 10:00-18:00 and 11:00-19:00. The 5 out of 7 shift rota will involve working most weekends.
Rates of pay:
Β£13.40 per hour rising to Β£14.09 after 12 weeks continuous work.
