The Best Connection are proud to be working in conjunction with our world renowned client based in Knightsbridge, South West London to recruit a Dispatch Administrator to add to our clients already established and hard-working team.
We are seeking a Dispatch Administrator to undertake this ongoing job role.
Responsibilities of the Dispatch Administrator will include but not be limited to:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Deal with client queries efficiently and courteously
- Look up and provide tracking details for client orders
- Prepare and provide accurate quotes for high-end clients
- Keep accurate records of client communications and enquiries
Requirements of the Dispatch Administrator:
- Excellent organisational ability
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Excel
- A solutions focused mindset with a strong ability to communicate strongly
Hours of work:
- Will be working on an any 5 days in 7 shift rota, working flexibility between the 10:00-18:00, 11:00-19:00 and 13:00-21:00.
- The 5 out of 7 shift rota will involve working most weekends.
Rates of pay:
- £14.25 per hour rising to £15.52 after 12 weeks continuous work
