About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated
Team Leader / Supervisor to join our client on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team to achieve daily production targets.
- Supervise day-to-day operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance where needed.
- Ensure products are prepared and packed to company standards.
- Promote good housekeeping and maintain a clean, organised work area.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members.
- Help train new employees and encourage a positive team environment.
