£18.00 per hour | £20.00 OT after 45 hours
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Class 1 (HGV) drivers with our global logistics and supply chain company that operates both freight management and contract logistics. This is an temp to perm opportunity with excellent earning potential and long-term prospects.
About the Role
Class 1 (C+E) - Main duties and requirements are:
- UK based deliveries
- Curtainsider trailers
- 3-5 drops with timed deliveries
- Pre loaded vehicles
- Ensuring your load is safe and secure
- Completion of delivery paperwork
- Maximum 6 points accepted ( No DD/ DR offences)
- Vehicle checks
Working Hours
- 17:00pm - 19:00pm starts
- Mon - Fri shifts
Pay
- £18.00 per hour
- £20.00 per hour overtime (after 45 hours)
What We're Looking For
- Valid Driving Licence
- Commitment to shifts/rotas
- Ability to work safely alone or with a team
- Time management and punctuality
