We are currently recruiting for experienced Counterbalance and Reach Truck Drivers on behalf of our client based in CV35 9JY. This is a great opportunity for reliable and skilled forklift drivers looking for ongoing night work with consistent hours. Due to the location and shift times, candidates must either live locally or have their own transport to get to site.
The Role:
As a forklift driver, you will be working within a busy warehouse environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are key. The role will involve both forklift operation and general warehouse duties.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Operating both Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and effectively
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock to designated locations within the warehouse
- Picking, stacking, and organising goods
- Supporting general warehouse operations when required
- Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with health & safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid, in-date Counterbalance AND Reach forklift licences (essential)
- Proven experience operating both truck types in a warehouse environment
- A good understanding of warehouse processes and safety standards
- Ability to work night shifts consistently (22:00-06:00)
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Must have own transport or live within a commutable distance of CV35 9JY
