Removals Porter

Location: Watton

Hours: Typically Monday to Friday with early starts (usually from 06:00)

Contract: Ad-hoc, flexible work

Are you physically fit, reliable, and enjoy a hands-on role where every day is different?

We're currently recruiting Removals Porters to support a busy and professional removals team based in Watton. This role involves assisting with residential and commercial moves, helping customers relocate their belongings safely and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting drivers with removals
• Loading and unloading household and office furniture
• Safely moving items such as sofas, wardrobes, appliances and personal belongings
• Packing and protecting items for transit when required
• Ensuring vehicles are loaded securely and efficiently
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
• Working as part of a team to complete removals safely and on schedule

What We're Looking For

• A positive and hardworking attitude
• Good level of physical fitness as heavy lifting is involved
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Previous removals, warehouse, porter, labouring or furniture delivery experience would be advantageous, but not essential
• Ability to work well within a team
• Excellent customer service skills

Pay Rates

£12.71 per hour
