The Best Connection are currently seeking skilled Forklift Drivers to work day shifts for our busy client based in Waterlooville. You will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload goods efficiently within the warehouse.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the operation runs smoothly during peak times
- Manual handling
- Unloading and loading containers and vehicles safely and efficiently
- Ensuring stock is unloaded and stored in the correct areas
- Performing routine inspections on equipment to minimise risks
- Lifting heavy loads safely
- Following the health and safety procedure
What we are looking for:
- All candidates must have a valid counterbalance forklift license
- Experience is preferred
- Understanding of the warehouse procedures and systems
Working hours are Monday - Friday, working on rotating shifts:
- Week 1: 0530 - 1500
- Week 2: 0730 - 1700
