The Best Connection Warrington has exciting new opportunities available! Due to an increase in work, our client, a leading manufacturer of plastic mouldings & components, is looking to recruit and add an experienced Production Operative to join their dedicated & committed team.

The ideal candidate will be required to:

  • Ensuring production processes are running efficiently & in line with required customer delivery dates
  • Monitoring of production processes & product quality in line with the Company's Quality Management System
  • Accurate completion of production reports & records
  • Packaging of production output in line with work instructions
  • Packing & quality checking of finished products
  • Ensuring work areas are kept clean & tidy in line with Company requirements
  • Control of stores processes for both incoming / outgoing goods and to / from production
  • Contributing towards the ongoing development & improvement of production processes
  • Close team working & liaising with other employees across the business
  • Interaction with Customers, either prospective or existing as required
  • Must ensure that Health & Safety standards are maintained
  • Any other associated tasks / responsibilities as required by Company Management

The working hours are on a 3 shift rotation and as follows:

  • Earlies - 0642 - 1500 (Mon to Fri)
  • Afternoons - 1442 - 2300 (Mon to Fri)
  • Nights - 2242 - 0700 (Sun to Thurs)
