We are currently recruiting Warehouse and Production Operatives to support the assembly of cars at a busy automotive manufacturing site in Banbury. These roles offer an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment with long-term prospects.

Available Departments

  • Painting - preparation and support of vehicle painting processes
  • Assembly - assembling vehicle components to quality and safety standards
  • Paint 2 - secondary paint processes, finishing and inspection
  • Plastic Injection - operating and supporting plastic injection moulding processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Working on production lines assembling vehicle parts
  • Handling materials and components within the warehouse
  • Operating basic machinery and tools (full training provided)
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards are met
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times
  • Meeting production targets in a team environment

Shifts

  • Double Days (weekly rotation): Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm, 3:00pm - 11:00pm
  • Night Shifts: Sunday - Thursday 11:00pm - 7:00am
  • Days: Monday-Wednesday 7am-7pm

Pay Rates

Pay rates vary depending on shift pattern £12.21-£16.32
