We are currently hiring Warehouse Operatives to work for our client based in Park Royal. The ideal candidate must be fully flexible.
Working hours: 4 ON 4 OFF, 8 PM to 8 AM.
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour
Warehouse Operatives Responsibilities:
- Picking, packing, and processing pharmaceutical and wellness products with care and accuracy
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Standing, walking, and moving for extended periods throughout your shift
- Following safety procedures and working to high hygiene standards
- Meeting performance targets and supporting your team to hit nightly goals
Requirements of Warehouse Operatives:
- Fully flexible and committed to working the full 12-hour night shift (4 on / 4 off)
- Comfortable with physically demanding work - standing/walking for up to 12 hours
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in a warehouse or fast-paced environment is a plus
Progression Path:
- Become a Trained Operative
- Receive an additional £0.50 per hour (raising your pay to £14.00/hr)
- Gain valuable skills that can lead to Team Leader or Supervisor roles in the future.
