Our client is a global e-commerce distribution and fulfilment operating across the UK, their new Bedford site are recruiting for Weekend Warehouse staff to join their friendly team. This is a growing business so offers potentially long term opportunities for the right candidates.
Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sundays, 08:00 - 17:00 hrs pay rate is £12.21 per hour.
Some other days may be required to suit the needs of the business.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative:
- Unload containers/deliveries and distribute stock throughout the warehouse
- Pick and pack items for delivery, wrap and label ready for dispatch.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and delivery targets
- Follow health and safety Protocol and maintain the highest standards of safety in the Warehouse at all times.
Requirements of the Warehouse Operative:
- Must be able to commited to working weekends on an on-going basis
- Be reliable and have some knowledge of warehouse duties though training is provided
- Work collaboratively with the existing team and contribute to the positive working environment
- Be honest and hard-working with a can-do attitude.
