We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to support a growing warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast‑paced environment with stable hours and ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day‑to‑day running of the warehouse, including Goods In, Goods Out, Returns and Stock Control
- Pick, pack and prepare materials for field installation teams
- Assist with stock organisation, audits and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe and well organised
- Contribute to continuous improvement as the operation develops
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred but not essential)
- Good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems
- Forklift experience is an advantage, but not required
- Shifts rotate weekly and flexibility is required between 06:00-22:00
- Weekend work may be required occasionally and will be rota
- No specific qualifications are required - full training can be provided
