OUR CLIENT is a leading UK distributor of floorcoverings and matting, supplying products to independent retailers and contractors nationwide. Operating from a modern distribution network, they play a key role in delivering flooring solutions across the UK. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operative / FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver to join their busy site in B37. This role is a 50/50 split between FLT work and general warehouse duties. Candidates must have previous FLT experience; however, expired or in-house licences will be accepted, as refresher training and upskilling can be provided.
⚠️ This is a physically demanding role, suited to candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Duties include:
- Operating Reach & Counterbalance FLT
- Loading, unloading, and moving stock safely
- Order picking and general warehouse duties
- Manual handling of flooring products
- Maintaining health & safety standards
Shifts Available (Fixed):
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
