Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver (Diesel) based in Bishop Stortford. We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative, with or without Counterbalance FLT (diesel) experience, to join a busy and well-established operation.
Role Details:
- Warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and general housekeeping
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT (diesel) if licensed
- Manual handling involved (boxes up to 22kg)
- Fast-paced environment requiring good physical fitness
Hours:
- 40+ hours per week
- Early starts: 5am-6am to 3pm
- Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
Pay Rates:
- Β£12.50 per hour (without FLT)
- Β£13.50 per hour (with Counterbalance FLT licence)
Requirements:
- Counterbalance FLT licence (diesel) preferred but not essential
- Must be physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Own transport essential due to site location
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early starts
