Overview
We\'re currently recruiting a detail-oriented and organised Warehouse Administrator to join a busy warehouse in Glasgow City Centre on a temporary ongoing basis with a view to going permanent.
This role is ideal for someone with strong IT skills and experience in stock control and inventory processes. You\'ll play a key role in ensuring accurate stock management through regular cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, and supporting the warehouse team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Performing regular stock counts and cycle checks
- Investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate stock records and updating systems
- Using warehouse management software and Excel
- Supporting the warehouse team with admin and documentation
- Communicating with warehouse staff and management regarding stock issues
- Ensuring all records are up-to-date and filed correctly
Shift Pattern
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 16:30
- One Saturday every 2 weeks (paid as part of the weekly hours)
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse admin or stock control role
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with warehouse management systems
- High attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills
