The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting for Yard Operatives to join our team based in Wallingford.
Location: Wallingford (OX10)
Shift Times:
- 07.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday
- 8.00 - 12.00 every other Saturday
Pay Rate: £14.32, paid weekly, every Friday!
Responsibilities of the Yard Operative:
- General warehousing duties around the yard
- Adhering to health and safety at all times
- Safely stack stock in the yard, maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products
- Efficiently pick orders and load/unload vehicles, ensuring that goods are checked and accounted for correctly
Requirements of the Yard Operative:
- Physical fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials
- Strong communication skills: to be able to coordinate with team members and customers
- Safety awareness: Adherence to health and safety regulations and procedures
- Attention to detail: Essential for ensuring accuracy in loading and unloading operations
