Recycling Operatives Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay
Location: Hailsham | Shifts: 07:30 - 17:00
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Recycling Operatives to assist our client in a busy skip and waste management operation based in Hailsham. This is a physical role working in a recycling yard, supporting the sorting and processing of waste materials by working on a sorting line and removing recyclable material from waste.
You will work as part of a team, handling waste safely and efficiently, ensuring materials are correctly sorted in line with environmental and site regulations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is safety-conscious, and takes pride in contributing to environmentally responsible waste management.
You'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and separating different types of recyclables (e.g., wood, metal, plastics).
- Always maintaining a clean and safe working area.
- Follow health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Report any machinery faults or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Assist with general yard duties when required.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily targets.
- Ensure compliance with company recycling standards and environmental policies.

Requirements:
