Class 1 Driver
Location: South Kirkby, WF9 3FD
Pay Rate: £17.52 per hour
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 16:00
This is a multi-drop wagon and drag role, transporting up to two full or empty loads between local plants. The role involves minimal manual handling, with the primary focus on safe and efficient movement of trailers and containers across sites.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous RoRo (Roll-On/Roll-Off) experience is essential
- Experience operating wagon and drag units
- Strong focus on safety and vehicle compliance
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Required to undertake a DBS check
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Class 1 driver looking for a Monday to Friday role with regular local movements and limited handballing.
