About the Role

We are currently seeking a Vetting Administrator to join our team based at East Midlands Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and able to work at pace in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the vetting and compliance process for new and existing staff
  • Processing documentation and ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  • Carrying out background checks in line with company and aviation security standards
  • Managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Liaising with internal teams and external agencies to complete vetting requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating systems

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
  • Previous admin or compliance experience is desirable but not essential
