Van Driver – Swindon – £12.71 per hour – 50 hours per week
Our client based in Swindon are seeking Van drivers for deliveries across the UK. You will be delivering furniture to customers\’ homes along with a driver\’s mate, you will need to be physically fit as this position involves lifting furniture. You will also receive training on furniture assembly as our client offers a white glove service to their customers.
This is an ongoing assignment with immediate start available and currently offering 50 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Class B Driving Licence (Standard Car licence)
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, or IN convictions)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willing and able to lift furniture along with a driver\’s mate
Hours and Pay:
- Monday to Friday
- 06.00 and 12.30 Start times available
- £12.71 per hour
Job and responsibilities:
- You will be delivering stock from Swindon across the UK
- Manual handling will be required
- Good customer service needed as this position will be customer facing
- Responsible for conducting safety checks and adhering to traffic rules and regulations.
