Machine Operative Wanted - Consistent Work & Weekly Pay

Location: Uckfield | Shifts: 08:00 - 16:30 (Subject to change) Continental Shifts: 18:00 - 06:00

We are currently recruiting a Machine Operative to support a busy print factory in Uckfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and an interest in manufacturing or print to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operating and overseeing print machinery to ensure efficient production
  • Setting up machines, including adjustments for different print runs
  • Monitoring quality of printed materials to meet company standards
  • Carrying out basic maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues
  • Loading and unloading materials safely
  • Completing production paperwork and logging output
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times

(Please note: duties may vary depending on operational requirements.)
