Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Print Finisher to join our clients growing production team in Uckfield. You'll play a key role in the final stages of print production, using a range of finishing equipment, including guillotines, folders, laminators, creasers, binders, and packaging tools. Ensuring all products are finished to high quality standards and ready for delivery.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate finishing equipment safely and efficiently, including cutters, folders, laminators, stitchers, creasers, and binding machines.
- Complete finishing tasks such as trimming, folding, scoring, laminating, binding, collating, drilling, and packing printed materials.
- Inspect finished work carefully to ensure it meets quality standards, job specifications, and customer expectations.
- Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment, reporting faults promptly to minimise downtime.
- Work closely with print operators and production staff to prioritise jobs, maintain workflow, and meet daily deadlines.
Health & Safety
- Adhere strictly to all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Remain vigilant, alert, and aware of surrounding risks at all times.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK.

- Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in print finishing, bindery, or a similar production environment is preferred.
- Basic mechanical awareness and confidence in carrying out minor equipment checks.
