TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT POSITION!! Our client, a clothing manufacturer based in Ludlow, requires a Trainee Operator. Long term opportunities are available, and the role offers the possibility of a permanent position following a successful trial period. Overtime is available.

Responsibilities of the Trainee Operator:

  • You will be trained on all embroidery machinery and shown how to embroider products to a high standard.
  • You must be neat and demonstrate dexterity at all times.
  • You will be required to package items into boxes, ready for dispatch, ensuring items are labelled correctly.
  • Ensuring the immediate work environment is clean and tidy.

Requirements of the Trainee Operator:

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have high attention to detail and dexterity, ensuring items are produced efficiently to the highest standard before packaging.
  • Focused, organised and able to follow processes carefully.
